Relationship and operating role
Providers operate as independent contractors using SAFA as a marketplace and coordination platform. Nothing in the provider relationship creates employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or representation unless expressly agreed in writing.
Provider responsibility
Providers remain responsible for delivering services, complying with applicable law, maintaining category-specific licences and certifications, protecting client and property safety, and meeting all onboarding, verification, eligibility, and renewal obligations for the selected service category.
Liability, indemnity, and insurance
Providers accept responsibility for harm, property damage, negligence, misconduct, unlawful service activity, or losses arising from the services they perform. Where relevant, providers must maintain valid insurance and provide evidence on request. Providers indemnify SAFA against related claims, damages, and legal costs.
Fees, payouts, and review controls
SAFA may charge commissions, subscriptions, promotions, or operational service fees, and may hold or adjust payouts for dispute handling, fraud review, chargeback risk, or compliance intervention. Ratings, complaints, incidents, and provider standing may affect visibility and access.
Suspension, qualification, and termination
SAFA may restrict, suspend, or terminate providers where documents expire, eligibility requirements are not satisfied, fraud or safety concerns arise, or legal obligations are not met. Continued platform use confirms acceptance of updated versions of the provider agreement.
