SAFA operates as a marketplace, technology platform, and coordination layer connecting clients with independent service providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SAFA does not directly perform the underlying service and does not act as the employer, partner, or representative of providers.
Drivers, mechanics, tutors, psychologists, couriers, and other providers remain responsible for service execution, lawful operation, licences, safety standards, and category-specific compliance. Their use of the platform does not create employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture with SAFA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAFA limits liability for delays, provider misconduct, property loss, accidents, misrepresentation, or service outcomes. Users must act lawfully, respect provider and client safety expectations, and use platform workflows for communication, evidence, and dispute handling.
Therapy and wellness interactions are not emergency medical services, and financial referral features do not make SAFA a lender. SAFA may suspend accounts, pause payouts, restrict access, remove listings, or require additional verification where safety, fraud, or legal risk is detected.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment partners, with refunds and investigations handled under SAFA dispute rules. Continued use after updated versions take effect constitutes renewed acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
